The pursuit of wisdom is endless- and in my pursuit, the most valuable tool of interpretation has been writing. Telling stories has always been my way of understanding, learning, growing, and most importantly, questioning my own experiences and my own humanity. Ideas I continually explore through my scripts include identity, morality, legacy, colonialism, subconscious, fear, hope, time, love, death, and the American Dream. To explore and make sense of the world’s chaos for myself and others is the ultimate thing my stories dare to chase. But I’m aware my understanding will always fall short, because if there’s one thing I know, it’s that I know nothing…
